CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be done through the STUDIO FORMA website. We do not accept cancellations by telephone or email.
All group classes require a 24 hour cancellation notice. You may cancel your reserved classes for any reason without penalty up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. A credit will be applied to your account to use for another time.
Rescheduling or cancelling a reserved class after the 24-hour period is a late cancellation and you will forfeit the class. No refunds.
Late Cancellation Fee: $10
No Show Fee: $25 (No show is canceling 1 hour prior to your class time or not showing up for class)
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time, so please arrive 10 min before class to get settled in. For the safety of our clients and staff, the door will lock at the start of class, so please do not be late!
We reserve the right to cancel the class at any time and you will receive a credit on our behalf.
PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY
All Packages and Merchandise are Final Sale.
Packages may be transferable to another client with approval from Studio Forma by emailing jess@studioforma.com
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
We are a shoeless facility and we ask kindly that you remove your shoes before stepping into the mat area.
While we understand that you may need to keep your phone by you for an important call, we ask to please take any calls in the lobby or step outside to not disrupt the class in session. If you do not NEED your phone, please keep it with your other personal belongings in the designated area.
We take pride in the cleanliness of the space and we ask that you wipe down your area after class and tidy up. It just takes a moment and is very helpful to us.
One our favorite things about the studio is the community and the chit chat. Before and after class is when that should take place so the trainer can successfully guide everyone through the routine and stretch.
